WHAT IS YOUR STORY?

3 John 2 describes your well-being, health, and spiritual growth

3 John 1:2

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

What is your Story?

I wrote this years ago, and it still stands today.

What is your story? As we know, everyone has a story. Everyone has something that defines them.

So, what is your story? If you were to write your story in a book, what would it sound like? Each and every one of us has a story to tell. You see, God has given all of us a will, and that will is our pen to write our story.

No one tells us to take that first step as a child, but we take it nonetheless. That is the beginning of our story-the beginning of our journey. That first step matters, because life is always moving forward whether we like it or not.

We are going to define our story.

The bible says, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” In order to prosper, you have to work. In order to be in good health, you have to work at it. In order for your soul to prosper, you have to work on it.

Write your story. If you want to prosper, then work toward it. It’s your story. Every step you take becomes another line written, and each day adds a new page. At the same time, with every passing day, time is moving forward.

Beloved, I earnestly wish-for you above all-that you see this truth: we have the power to edit our own story. We can remove drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy habits from our lives-those very things that can shorten our days. These chapters can be rewritten, and a healthier, stronger story can take their place.”

You can rewrite the health chapter of your story by taking better care of yourself. You can be set free from the things that once held you bound, and God can lift the weight of past struggles in your life. Each day is an opportunity to choose life, to replace harmful habits with habits that honor your body and spirit, and to walk forward in strength, healing and freedom.”

Think on the things that are true, lovely, are of a good report-things that are praise worthy. Meditate on God and His Word. There are so many Scriptures that can help you rewrite your story. The Bible is your dictionary of freedom.

Write your story from the Word. Edit your story through the Word. Apply your life to the Word of God.

Tell the best story you can-why not?

It is up to you to write a good chapter in your life. The choice is yours to make-to decide to let go of drinking, smoking, gambling, or anything that may be holding you back. It is up to you to put God first. This is your story, your journey, and your life to live with purpose.

Listen: it is not too late to get a fresh piece of paper and start another chapter in your life.

You are in control of your own story.

I ask myself, What kind of story am I writing? Would my story please God? Am I taking care of my temple the way I am supposed to?

Would your story please God?

“Life is full of moments that shape our story-sickness, poverty, hardship, and more. But here’s the good news: through faith and the Word of God, you have the power to transform those moments. Let Scripture guide you, let faith lead you, and watch as your story is rewritten for the better.”

Too often we sit where we are and give up, instead of moving on to another chapter. Turn the page. Leave the past in the past. Stop letting people and the difficulties of life dictate your story.

It’s your story. It’s your journey.

And so,

The moral of the story is this:

“When you walk in God’s Word and let it shape your life, your story becomes more than just a life lived-it becomes a living testimony that inspires, encourages, and points others to His goodness”.

  1. “Live by God’s Word, and your life will not just be lived-it will shine as a testimony that draws others to Him.”

  2. “Align your steps with Scripture, and your story will become a beacon of faith, hope, and God’s glory.”

  3. “Follow God’s Word, and your life will transform into a living testimony that inspires everyone who sees it.”

“Let God’s Word guide every step, and watch your life unfold into a story of faith, a song of hope, and a living testimony that whispers His goodness to the world.”
